Terms and booking conditions for all s4dental training courses managed by schülke (s4dental).
Booking Requirements
These terms shall apply to all bookings for s4dental training courses. Each booking shall be made by completing a booking form. No binding agreement to supply training services shall exist until s4dental confirms its acceptance of the booking.
Prices
All prices quoted within the s4dental training prospectus are correct at the date of publication. schülke (s4dental) reserve the right to change training course prices in order to meet the true operational costs of any course at any time prior to acceptance of the booking or the date of the training course.
All prices are quoted subject to current rate VAT, which shall be payable by the delegate at the same time as the quoted price.
Payment
Payment for training services are due on booking and shall be paid within 14 days of the date of schülke (s4dental's) invoice or the date of the course (whichever is sooner).
All charges for training services must be paid without deduction or set off.
Late payments
In the event payment is not made in accordance with this agreement schülke (s4dental) may cancel any booking, suspend provision of training services and/or charge interest on all outstanding balances at the rate of 2% per calendar month from the date payment was due to the date payment is made.
Training Services
schülke (s4dental) shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the training courses using all reasonable skill and care on the dates and at the locations set out in the booking form. The courses are regularly updated and assessed for their quality and industry relevance. schülke (s4dental) reserves the right to make changes to the course content without prior notice.
Delegates wishing to transfer to another s4dental training course
If a delegate wishes to cancel a training course booking, written notice must be given to schülke (s4dental) and the following charges shall become due (and are payable immediately):
1. Within 1-28 days of the course - 100% of the total training charges for that course.
2. More that 28 days of the course date - 100% of the total training charges for the course but the delegate may select an alternative date for the same course during the active training year with no surcharge (provided that places shall remain on that alternative date).
Cancellation of courses and other changes:
Neither party shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement (other than the obligation to make payment) due to any circumstances beyond that party's control. In such circumstances, schülke may cancel bookings, change course dates or venues and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible of such alterations without liability to the delegate.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by schülke UK (s4dental's) negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Changing delegate details
A substitute person to replace the original delegate may attend a course at no extra cost provided that the booker informs schülke (s4dental) of the proposed change.
